Carlsbad Prints is a local commercial print shop specializing in large-format printing, rigid signage, banners, graphics, displays, and precision custom cutting. We work with businesses, restaurants, retailers, events, organizations, and individuals throughout Carlsbad and the greater San Diego area.

Our goal is to make custom printing simple. From a single custom sign to a larger production run, we can help with material selection, printing, finishing, and custom sizing.

Our Equipment & Capabilities

HP Latex R2000
Our primary large-format printer can print directly onto rigid boards up to approximately 98 inches wide and up to 2 inches thick, as well as flexible roll materials. This gives us the ability to produce large signs, displays, graphics, banners, and specialty pieces in full color, including white ink.

HP PageWide XL Pro 5200 Multifunction
Used for high-speed large-format printing, technical drawings, posters, presentation graphics, and other wide-format projects.

Summa F Series Flatbed Cutter
Our precision digital finishing system allows us to contour cut, route, crease, and create custom shapes from rigid and flexible materials. Depending on the specific F Series configuration, these systems are designed for large-format sheets and boards, with working areas ranging from approximately 5 × 4 ft to substantially larger formats.

Together, this equipment allows us to print and finish projects much larger than a typical desktop or small-format print shop while also producing detailed custom shapes.

Built for Custom Work

We are not limited to standard sizes. Many of our products can be produced to your exact dimensions, with options for different materials, thicknesses, single- or double-sided printing, and custom contour cutting.
